Am I able to do a tasting?

Yes, we offer a complimentary 4 cupcake pack from our regular stock. You may make an appointment to pick this up at least 48 hours in advance. You may then take the cupcakes home to enjoy at your leisure, with family and friends!

How far in advance should I order a cake?

Bookings must happen at least 90 days prior to the event date, but we recommend saving your date as soon as possible as we book up quickly! We will not be able to book weddings during the weeks we are planning to be closed for vacations. For 2024 we plan to be closed April 29-May 9 and June 30 - July 6. Keep an eye on our web page and follow us on social media to stay informed of any other changes in bakery hours.

What size cake should I order?

It really depends on how many people you are looking to feed, whether you want a tiered take for pictures and cutting or just a small cut cake for you and your partner. Some couples choose a tiered cake to feed all their guests, some choose a smaller cake with cupcakes and/or pastries and others have just a cake for them to cut and have sheet cakes created for the guests. We will make your vision come alive!

What do I need to communicate with my other vendors?

Venue: The customer will need to communicate and inform their venue of the need for refrigeration space for the entire order. Three Wishes Bakery is NOT responsible for refrigeration of the order at the venue. We will coordinate delivery with your venue. Three Wishes will inform the venue that the cake/pastries are Gluten, Nut and Soy Free. Three Wishes Bakery is not responsible for cross contamination after delivery. Photos of all items will be taken at the time of delivery. Three Wishes Bakery is not responsible for any items after delivery.

Florist: If the customer would like real flowers on the cake, this must be arranged with your florist. We ask that your flowers be at the venue at the time of delivery and the flowers will be placed, according to your specifications, at the venue.

What if I need to cancel my order?

The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date. If an order needs to be cancelled for any reason, cancellations will be accepted prior to the 30 days. At that time Three Wishes Bakery will refund the customer with the exception of the non-refunable $100.00 deposit. If a customer needs to cancel an order for ANY reason within 30 days of the event Three Wishes Bakery will refund the customer 50% of the order total. Three Wishes Bakery will retain the other 50% of the total.

Is a deposit due at the time of ordering?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is due at the time of ordering to save your date, which will be applied to the order total. At the receival of your invoice 50% of the total will be due.

What can I expect to spend on my wedding cake?

Our wedding cakes start at $3.75 per slice.

Will Three Wishes Bakery deliver the cake to our venue?

Three Wishes Bakery will deliver your cake with a minimum order. We do not deliver non-tiered cakes. Delivery charges start at $100.00. Within the cities of Johnston ,RI and North Providence, RI, a $75.00 delivery fee will be added.
